We do not grant permission to any party to use "Make Mine A  Mini "  Also,any party that uses part of that phrase in regards to kennel or dog breeding services must be aware that they are  in violation of federal trademark laws due to the fact that partial use of our phrase creates a conflict due to the confusion that presents itself  in the marketplace.

This applies to ANY dog breed .

I will say this,  I would never use part of someone elses kennel name or website name to name my dogs or promote my dogs.

I have used " Make Mine A Mini" as my web presence since the Nov.2005. I have had many inquiries as to whether other Mini Aussies that have been named _____ Make Mine A _____ ,are my dogs. To all of you who are wondering,NO THEY ARE NOT.

These people have used my website name and web  presence to name their dogs.
